{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-314a.215","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 314A.215","heading":"Compensation of board members -- Board personnel -- Deposit of money","body":"received from fees, certificates, and charges.\n(1) The board members shall receive a compensation of fifty dollars ($50) per day for\ntheir services, and per diem and traveling expen ses to the extent authorized by\nboard policy.\n(2) The board shall employ and, at its pleasure, discharge a secretary and such\nattorneys, inspectors, clerks, and any other employees as shall be deemed necessary,\nand shall outline their duties and fix their compensation. The amount of per diem\nand mileage paid to employees shall be provided by board policy.\n(3) All money received by the board shall be deposited in the State Treasury into a\nseparate trust fund for the board.
