{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-315.110","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 315.110","heading":"License expiration date -- Renewal fee -- Application and requirements --","body":"Certificate -- Display -- Pocket certificate.\n(1) Each license to practice pharmacy, unless sooner suspended or revoked, shall expire\non February 28 following its date of issuan ce. Every pharmacist who desires to\ncontinue to practice pharmacy shall pay to the executive director of the board a\nreasonable renewal fee to be set by administrative regulation of the board, but not to\nexceed one hundred seventy -five dollars ($175) annua lly or increase more than\ntwenty-five dollars ($25) per year, and shall file with the board an application in\nsuch form and containing such data as the board may require for renewal of the\nlicense. A delinquent renewal penalty fee not to exceed the renewal  fee may be\nassessed and set by administrative regulation for each renewal period the licensee\nfails to renew the license after expiration.\n(2) Every pharmacist shall keep his current certificate conspicuously displayed in his\nprimary place of practice.\n(3) In addition to a current renewal certificate, each pharmacist shall be issued upon\nrenewal a pocket certificate which shall be in the licensee's possession at all times\nwhen the licensee is engaged in the practice of pharmacy and which shall be\nexhibited by the licensee upon request from any member, inspector or agent of the\nboard.","path":["KRS Chapter 315"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=31004","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:11Z","sha256":"4451fe527b2a52f1bd7170abfeab5b2aff60063bcdb73fa7fe15c735435cf63c","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-315.100","next":"us-ky/krs-315.115"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
