{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-315.160","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 315.160","heading":"Election of officers -- Executive director -- Meetings.","body":"(1) The board shall elect annually from its membership a president and such other\nofficers as it deems necessary. These officers shall serve for a term of one (1) year\nand perform the duties prescribed by the board. No officer shall serve more than\ntwo (2) consecutive full terms in each office to which he is elected.\n(2) The board shall employ a pharmacist to serve as a full time employee of the board\nin the position of executive director. The executive director shall be responsible for\nthe performance of the a dministrative functions of the board and such other duties\nas the board may direct. The board may employ, upon recommendation of the\nexecutive director, such additional assistance as necessary for the proper conduct of\nboard business and in accordance with  the rules and regulations of the Kentucky\nPersonnel Cabinet.\n(3) The board shall meet at least four (4) times a year to transact business, at such place\nas it may determine. The board may also meet at the call of the president or a\nmajority of the board m embers.
