{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-315.171","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 315.171","heading":"Compensation of board members and executive director.","body":"(1) Beginning January 1, 1998, each member of the board shall receive not more than\none hundred dollars ($100) for each day actively engaged in the service of the\nboard. During the period between July 15, 1996, and January 1, 1998, each board\nmember shall receive not more than seventy-five dollars ($75) for each day actively\nengaged in the service of the board. Each member shall receive his traveling\nexpenses and all necessary expenses incurred in the performance of his official\nduties.\n(2) The executive director of the board shall receive a reasonable salary determined by\nthe board.
