{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-315.350","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 315.350","heading":"License required for medical gas wholesaler operating within state --","body":"Fee  -- Recordkeeping  -- Penalty for noncompliance  -- Administrative\nregulations.\n(1) A  medical gas wholesaler, whether located within the Commonwealth  or\noperating  within the  Commonwealth  from  a  location outside the\nCommonwealth,  shall be licensed by the board. Each license application shall\nbe accompanied by a fee which shall:\n(a) Be  prescribed by administrative regulation promulgated by the board in\nan amount not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250); and\n(b) Not be increased by more than twenty-five dollars ($25) per year.\n(2) A medical gas wholesaler shall be required to maintain accurate records of all\ndrugs handled. Records shall be made  available to agents of the board for\ninspection upon request.\n(3) Failure to report to the board or willful submission of inaccurate information\nshall be grounds for disciplinary action under KRS 315.121.\n(4) The board shall promulgate administrative regulations to specify the criteria for\nlicensure and discipline of a medical gas wholesaler.","path":["KRS Chapter 315"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=46703","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:12Z","sha256":"a1880bf9b046db5cf664b96ef479931aa53d42d2660f33f6562feaf34a3dcc69","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-315.342","next":"us-ky/krs-315.400"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
