{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-315.4110","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 315.4110","heading":"Third-party logistics provider must  comply  with all laws and","body":"regulations -- Inspection access required -- Penalty for noncompliance.\n(1) A  third-party logistics provider shall operate in compliance with all applicable\nfederal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to:\n(a) The  Drug Supply Chain Security Act of 2013 and rules promulgated\nthereunder; and\n(b) The storage practices set out in 21 U.S.C. sec. 360eee-3(d)(2)(C).\n(2) A  third-party logistics provider shall allow the board and authorized federal,\nstate, and local law enforcement officials to enter and inspect its premises and\ndelivery vehicles, to audit its records and written operating procedures, and to\nconfiscate prescription drugs and records to the extent authorized by law, rule,\nor regulation.\n(3) Failure to operate in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local\nlaws and regulations shall constitute unprofessional conduct pursuant to KRS\n315.121(1)(a).","path":["KRS Chapter 315"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=46702","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:12Z","sha256":"83075446c8ab53a32dbbe71c0d98fa1f2c5a688b92342b650ecec1ebbb24f5dc","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-315.4108","next":"us-ky/krs-315.412"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
