{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-316.155","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 316.155","heading":"Hearing by the board -- Appeal.","body":"(1) The board shall, before revoking, suspending, or imposing probationary conditions\non any license or registration issued pursuant to this chapter, or before issuing a\nwritten reprimand or imposing a fine, set the matter for a hearing to be conducted in\naccordance with KRS Chapter 13B.\n(2) After denying an application for a license or a registration for an apprentice, the\nboard shall set the matter for a hearing in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B upon\nwritten request of the applicant if the request is made wi thin thirty (30) days of the\nmailing of a letter of denial.\n(3) Any final order of the board may be appealed to Franklin Circuit Court in\naccordance with KRS Chapter 13B.","path":["KRS Chapter 316"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=31073","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:12Z","sha256":"c218795359e543750b5dcc3e4f6f0eccb05d19684673e781c00469c82e08438e","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-316.150","next":"us-ky/krs-316.160"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
