{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-316.210","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 316.210","heading":"Powers and duties of board.","body":"(1) The board shall administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter and may\npromulgate administrative regulations pursuant to KRS Chapter 13A to carry out\nand enforce the provisions of this chapter.\n(2) The board shall keep records and minutes necessary to carry out the provisions of\nthis chapter.\n(3) The board may administer oaths and may issue subpoenas to compel the attendance\nof witnesses and the production of documents.\n(4) The board may seek injunctive relief in Franklin Circuit Court to restrain or enjoin a\nviolation of this chapter.\n(5) The board may employ persons as necessary to carry out the requirements of this\nchapter.\n(6) The board shall promulgate administrative regulations to establish fees authorized\nby this chapter.","path":["KRS Chapter 316"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=50926","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:13Z","sha256":"7e1db8f7cbcd797277dd226ba2aa2897feab363b2009534ffdd6467618128755","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-316.200","next":"us-ky/krs-316.220"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
