{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-317.460","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 317.460","heading":"Board hearings -- Appeal -- Inspections.","body":"(1) The board shall hold hearings upon the request of any person directly affected by\nthe board's decision to refuse a license; deny or revoke a license; or suspend or\nplace a licensee on probation. Hearings shall be conducted in accordance with KRS\nChapter 13B.\n(2) For the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this chapter, officers, agents, and\ninspectors of the board may enter upon premises of all facilities issued a permit or\nlicense by the board, at all reasonable times and during periods when those premises\nare otherwise open to the public, and make inspections to determine compliance\nwith this chapter and the administrative regulations promulgated by the board, and\ninspect books, papers, or records pertaining to licensed activity, a copy of which\nmay be obtained by the board officer, agent, or inspector.\n(3) Final orders of the board as a result of any hearing may be appealed to the Franklin\nCircuit Court in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.","path":["KRS Chapter 317"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=47198","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:13Z","sha256":"ba18b5e43f08a0acb147eac29feee96c074d23b8c4d9e6d79fcd93aee61a2abb","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-317.450","next":"us-ky/krs-317.470"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
