{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-318.136","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 318.136","heading":"Trust and agency fund.","body":"All license fees, permit and inspection fees and charges, and other moneys collected by\nthe department, under the provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations of the\ndepartment adopted hereunder, shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to a trust\nand agency fund to be used by the department in carrying out the provisions of this\nchapter. No part of this fund shall revert to the general fund of the Commonwealth.
