{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-318.190","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 318.190","heading":"Jurisdiction for enforcement actions.","body":"(1) The Circuit Court where the violation occurs shall have jurisdiction and venue in all\ncivil and injunctive actions instituted by the department for the enforcement of the\nprovisions of KRS Chapter 318 and the State Plumbing Code and the orders issued\nthereunder.\n(2) The Franklin Circuit Court shall hold concurrent jurisdiction and venue in all civil\nand injunctive actions instituted by the department, or upon the secretary's request\nby the Attorney General, for the enforcement of the provisions of KRS Chapter 318,\nthe State Plumbing Code and the orders issued thereunder and other rules and\nregulations of the department.\n(3) The District Court where the violation occurs shall have jurisdiction and venue in\nall criminal actions for the enforcement of the provi sions of KRS Chapter 318 and\nthe State Plumbing Code and the orders issued thereunder.
