{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-319.005","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 319.005","heading":"Practice of psychology and use of title by persons not licensed or certified","body":"prohibited -- Voluntary health practitioners.\n(1) No person shall engage in the practice of psychology as defined in KRS 319.010 or\nhold himself or herself out by any title or description of services which incorporates\nthe words \"psychological,\" \"psychologist,\" or \"psychology\", unless licensed by the\nboard.
