{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-319a.100","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 319A.100","heading":"Temporary permit.","body":"A temporary permit to practice as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy\nassistant may be granted to a person who has completed the education and experience\nrequirements of this chapter and has applied for licensure under the provisions of this\nchapter. The temporary permit shall allow the applicant for licensure to practice\noccupational therapy under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. The\ntemporary permit shall be valid until the applicant for licensure is issued or denied a\nlicense under the provisions of this chapter, but in no instance shall the temporary permit\nextend for more than sixty (60) days following the second examination offered after the\napplicant has applied to take the examination required for licensure or certi fication.
