{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-319a.200","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 319A.200","heading":"Appeals from orders of the board.","body":"Any person aggrieved by an order of the board denying, suspending or revoking his\nlicense may appeal to the Franklin Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after entry of said\norder, for appropriate relief. On such appeal the scope of review shall be limite d to an\nexamination of the record of the board's action for the purpose of determining whether the\nboard abused its discretion.
