{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-319b.080","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 319B.080","heading":"Licensee's scope of practice -- Written prescription required.","body":"(1) The scope of practice of a licensee shall not include the right to diagnose a medical\nproblem or condition or the right to give medical advice as to the nature, cause, or\ntreatment for the problem or condition for which the orthotic, prosthetic, or\npedorthic device is being dispensed.
