{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-319b.150","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 319B.150","heading":"Penalties for practice in violation of KRS Chapter 319B.","body":"(1) Until January 1, 2013, any person who practices as an orthotic fitter, orthotist,\nprosthetist, or pedorthist in violation of this chapter shall be subject to only a\nwarning for the first offense. The person shall be granted thirty (30) days to comply\nwith the provisions of this chapter.
