{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-320.380","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 320.380","heading":"Optometrist qualified as competent witness in optometry.","body":"(1) The testimony of an optometrist duly licensed under the laws of the Commonwealth\nof Kentucky shall be received by any official, board, commission or other agency of\nthe Commonwealth or any of its subdivisions or municipalities as qualified\nevidence with respect to any matter defined in the law as constituting the practice of\noptometry.\n(2) Every such official, board, commission or other agency shall accept the services of\nduly licensed optometrists without discrimination between optometrists and any\nother persons authorized by law to render the same professional services, when such\nservices are desired, and shall pay for such services in the same manner as other\nprofessions may be paid for the same services.","path":["KRS Chapter 320"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=31351","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:16Z","sha256":"621c241fa657d54953a53e77676b95a17fe794367f109c1fefd06e0e750c48da","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-320.372","next":"us-ky/krs-320.390"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
