{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-321.360","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 321.360","heading":"Hearings by board -- Appeal.","body":"(1) Except as provided in KRS 321.235, 321.351, and 321.353, the board, before\nsuspending, revoking, imposing probationary or supervisory conditions upon,\nimposing an administrative fine, or any combination of actions regarding any\nlicense, certificate, permit , or registration, or regarding any veterinarian manager,\nAAHP manager, registered responsible party, or designated on -site manager under\nthe provisions of this chapter, shall set the matter for hearing in accordance with\nKRS Chapter 13B. After denying an application under the provisions of this\nchapter, or issuing a written reprimand, the board shall grant a hearing in\naccordance with KRS Chapter 13B to the denied applicant only upon written\nrequest of the applicant made within thirty (30) days of the date  of the letter\nadvising of the denial or the reprimand.\n(2) Any party aggrieved by a final order of the board may appeal to Franklin Circuit\nCourt in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.","path":["KRS Chapter 321"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=53947","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:17Z","sha256":"d4475624857818e90d03a31860d2c44bb2eb4f2d4105a1aede123e534d718f98","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-321.353","next":"us-ky/krs-321.370"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
