{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-322.070","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 322.070","heading":"Application for licenses.","body":"Applications for professional engineer or professional land surveyor licenses shall be on\nforms prescribed and furnished by the board and shall contain:\n(1) Statements made under oath, showing the applicant's education and a detailed\nsummary of the applicant's technical experience;\n(2) Not less than five (5) references, of which at least three (3) shall be from\nprofessional engineers or professional land surveyors, as may be appropriate, having\npersonal knowledge of the applicant's engineering or land surveying experience; and\n(3) Any other information as the board may require by administrative regulation.\nReferences and employment verifications submitted under this section shall remain\nconfidential records of the board.","path":["KRS Chapter 322"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=31426","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:17Z","sha256":"34f7e5937a90fec8c8a3529564d4555ef8a8f4db5e15c54d0a918feed47afde5","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-322.060","next":"us-ky/krs-322.080"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
