{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-322.360","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 322.360","heading":"Public work required to be done under professional engineer or licensed","body":"architect.\n(1) Neither the state nor any of its political subdivisions shall engage in the\nconstruction of any public work involving engineering, unless the plans,\nspecifications, and estimates have been prepared and the construction executed\nunder the direct supervision of a professional engineer or a licensed architect.\n(2) Subsection (1) of this section shall not apply to any public work, including a\nhighway or capital project u nder KRS 56.491, that involves only maintenance or\nrepair of the facility.
