{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-323.050","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 323.050","heading":"Qualifications for license -- Examinations.","body":"(1) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, an applicant seeking to obtain a\nlicense to practice architecture in Kentucky shall satisfactorily pass the examination\nthat is prescribed by the board.\n(2) Every applicant for examination shall:\n(a) Be of good moral character; and\n(b) Hold a professional degree in architecture accredited by the National\nArchitectural Accrediting Board (NAAB), or its equivalent as determined by\nadministrative regulations promulgated by the board, with such additional\nexperience as the board may prescribe and approve.\n(3) Examinations shall be available on a regular basis at a place identified by the testing\nservice and shall be given in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon\nby the board and the testing service.
