{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-323.250","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 323.250","heading":"Injunction.","body":"Whenever in the judgment of the board any person has engaged, or is about to engage, in\nany acts or practices that constitute, or will constitute, a violation of KRS 323.020 or\nKRS 323.230, the board may inform the Attorney General, who may make applicatio n to\nthe Franklin Circuit Court for an order enjoining such acts or practices, or the board may\ninform the Commonwealth's attorney of the county in which the acts or practices are\noccurring or will occur who may make application to the Circuit Court of tha t county for\nan order enjoining such acts or practices. Upon a showing by the board that such person\nhas engaged, or is about to engage, in any such acts or practices, an injunction, restraining\norder, or such other order as may be appropriate shall be granted by such court.
