{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-323.412","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 323.412","heading":"Suspension, revocation, and nonissuance of certificate -- Appeal of","body":"board's finding.\n(1) The board may suspend, revoke, or refuse to issue or renew the certificate of\nany person upon a finding of any of the following:\n(a) The certification was fraudulently obtained;\n(b) A judgment has been issued against the person for gross incompetence,\nneglect, or misconduct within the last five (5) years; or\n(c) A  judgment has been issued against the person or the person has\npleaded guilty to or been found guilty of fraud or deceit in the person's\nprofessional duties within the last five (5) years, if in accordance with KRS\nChapter 335B.\n(2) Any person may appeal a finding of the board within thirty (30) days of the date\nof  notification of action.
