{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-323.416","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 323.416","heading":"Continuing education.","body":"(1) Every person who wishes to renew a certificate as a certified interior designer shall\nsuccessfully complete at least twelve (12) hours of continuing education within the\nbroad range of subjects pertinent to interior design during the twelve (12) month\nperiod immediately preceding the expiration date of the person's certificate and\ninclude proof of completion of such education, on forms prescribed by the board,\nwith the person's renewal application and renewal fee.\n(2) A minimum of eight (8) of the twelve (1 2) hours of continuing education required\nunder subsection (1) of this section shall be composed of one (1) or more of the\nfollowing topics: life safety codes, barrier -free codes, building structural systems,\nlighting, electrical systems, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.","path":["KRS Chapter 323"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=31518","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:18Z","sha256":"2646f293b991d48ff4e2aee6cc25aded57194701efc3119426a46d1ccaacc32d","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-323.414","next":"us-ky/krs-323.990"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
