{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-323a.105","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 323A.105","heading":"Inactive or retired license.","body":"An individual may be granted an inactive or retired license annually under the following\nconditions:\n(1) An application for renewal of inactive status shall be upon a form and for a fee to be\nset by the board through the promulgation of administrative regu lations. Each\napplicant shall furnish all information required by the board;\n(2) A licensee is exempt from continuing education requirements while on inactive or\nretired status;\n(3) An inactive or retired licensee may use and maintain the title of landscap e architect\nbut shall not engage in the practice of landscape architecture;\n(4) Inactive or retired licensees may apply for an active license after:\n(a) Paying a fee and obtaining continuing education pursuant to administrative\nregulations promulgated by the board; and\n(b) Meeting the requirements of KRS 323A.100(5); and\n(5) An inactive or retired licensee shall give the board written notice of any change of\naddress within thirty (30) days.","path":["KRS Chapter 323A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=43353","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:18Z","sha256":"e8159aed4aa2153258b10a8a40898184e7a49f3707be30358a76740d50cab277","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-323a.100","next":"us-ky/krs-323a.110"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
