{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-323a.210","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 323A.210","heading":"Functions of board -- Authority to promulgate administrative","body":"regulations.\n(1) The board shall:\n(a) Adopt and provide itself with a seal with a band inscribed, \"Kentucky Board\nof Landscape Architects\" with the coat of arms of the state in the center;\n(b) Keep a complete record of its proceedings and an accurate list of all\napplications made, licenses issued, inactive and retired licenses, and licenses\ndisciplined;\n(c) Make a general report including finances to the Governor annually; and\n(d) Employ legal counsel or contract for legal services it considers necessary.\n(2) The board may:\n(a) Promulgate administrative regulations necessary to maintain a program of\ncontinuing education for licensees. Continuing education requirements shall\nbe determined by administrative regulation of the board. No requirement for\ncontinuing education shall exceed fifteen (15) hours per year; and\n(b) Adopt all reasonable administrative regulations consistent with this chapter\nthat are necessary to carry into effect the purposes of this chapter.","path":["KRS Chapter 323A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=43366","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:18Z","sha256":"18cbc6ebc84830c306db94cc9db07b2ebcb2f157ea52d0f70c5513848f94aca7","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-323a.200","next":"us-ky/krs-323a.220"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
