{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-324.200","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 324.200","heading":"Hearing -- Denial of license or any other disciplinary action -- Appeal","body":"-- Stay of judgment pending appeal.\n(1) If the commission determines after a hearing that any applicant is not entitled\nto receive a license, a license shall not be granted to the applicant, and if the\ncommission determines after a hearing that any licensee has violated any of\nthe provisions of this chapter, the disciplinary measures in KRS  324.160(1)\nmay  be ordered.\n(2) Pursuant to KRS  13B.120(7), the executive director of the Kentucky Real\nEstate Authority within the Department of Professional Licensing shall hear and\nissue a final order regarding a decision of the commission.\n(3) An aggrieved party may appeal a final order of the executive director pursuant\nto KRS  Chapter 13B within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the order to\nthe Circuit Court of the county where the licensee has his or her principal place\nof business or where the license applicant resides.
