{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-324.287","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 324.287","heading":"Fees.","body":"The commission shall set, charge, and collect the following fees:\n(1) Examination fee, not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100);\n(2) Broker's and sales associate's original biennial license fee, not to exceed sixty\ndollars ($60);\n(3) Broker's and sales associate's biennial renewal fee, not to exceed sixty dollars ($60);\n(4) (a) Transfer from one (1) principal broker to another, not to exceed ten dollars\n($10).\n(b) If the transfer is initiated by the principal broker for twenty (20) or more\nlicensees, the transfer fee shall not exceed two hundred dollars ($200);\n(5) Reactivation fee, not to exceed ten dollars ($10);\n(6) Certification of status with the commission, ten dollars ($10);\n(7) Request for any change, not to exceed ten dollars ($10);\n(8) Biennial recovery fund fee, not to exceed sixty dollars ($60);\n(9) Prelicensing education course review fee, not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200);\n(10) Continuing and postlicensing education course review fee, not to exceed fifty\ndollars ($50); and\n(11) Distance education course review fee, not to exceed seventy-five dollars ($75).","path":["KRS Chapter 324"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=49551","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:19Z","sha256":"39df63ccec7b1f81dc7fb458d17696a7975c7ade08d313d65ca73ccc1c7e4cec","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-324.286","next":"us-ky/krs-324.288"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
