{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-324a.040","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 324A.040","heading":"Examination.","body":"(1) All applications for certification or licensure shall be made in writing to the board\nand shall specify the classification of the certificate or license being applied for by\nthe applicant, and shall contain all information required by the board.\n(2) Applicants for certification or licensure shall:\n(a) Successfully pass the examination required by the board; and\n(b) Meet other requirements established by this chapter and administrative\nregulations of the board.\n(3) The examination shall be given at times and  places within the state as the board\nshall prescribe; provided, however, the examination shall be given at least two (2)\ntimes during each calendar year.
