{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-325.370","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 325.370","heading":"Modification, suspension, or reissuance of license.","body":"(1) In any case where the board has suspended, revoked, or refused to renew a license,\nthe board may, upon application in writing by the person or firm affected and for\ngood cause shown, modify the suspension or reissue the license.\n(2) The board shall by administrative regulation, specify the manner in which:\n(a) Applications shall be made;\n(b) The times within which the applications shall be made, and the circumstances\nin which hearings, to be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B,\nshall be held thereon; and\n(c) Any corrective or remedial education, training, or review requirement for\nreinstatement.","path":["KRS Chapter 325"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=31686","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:20Z","sha256":"c835388f38c1ad17c668907228792f2a7595090b616a0cbd17e377c95e30cf4d","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-325.360","next":"us-ky/krs-325.380"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
