{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-325.400","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 325.400","heading":"Injunction against violations of KRS Chapter 325.","body":"Whenever in the judgment of the board any person or firm has engaged, or is about to\nengage, in any acts or practices which constitute, or will constitute, a violation of this\nchapter, the board may make application to the Franklin Circuit Court for an ord er\nenjoining such acts or practices, and upon a showing by the board that such person or\nfirm has engaged, or is about to engage, in any such acts or practices, an injunction,\nrestraining order, or such other order as may be appropriate shall be granted by  such\ncourt.
