{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-326.100","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 326.100","heading":"Hearings -- Appeals.","body":"(1) The board, before suspending, revoking, imposing probationary, or supervisory\nconditions upon, imposing an administrative fine, issuing a written reprimand, or\ntaking any combination of these actions regarding any person under this chapter,\nshall conduct a hearing under the provisions of KRS Chapter 13B, upon the request\nof that person.\n(2) After denying an application under the provisions of this chapter, the board shall\ngrant a hearing to the denied applicant under the provisions of KRS Chapter 13B.\n(3) Any applicant aggrieved by a disciplinary action of the board may appeal the final\norder of the board to the Circuit Court in the county in which the licensee is\npracticing in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.","path":["KRS Chapter 326"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=31707","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:21Z","sha256":"d5dba198680118fce89b80bebfce3959bc4ffbf6b63a6615af92bc49c898f800","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-326.090","next":"us-ky/krs-326.110"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
