{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-327.025","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 327.025","heading":"Obligation to report concerning practitioner's qualifications to practice.","body":"Any physical therapist, physical therapist assistant, or employer of physical therapy\npractitioners having knowledge of facts by actual or direct knowledge shall repor t to the\nboard a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant who:\n(1) Has been convicted of any felony, or of a misdemeanor as referenced by KRS\n327.070(2)(f) that involved acts that bear directly on the qualifications or ability of\nthe applicant or licensee to practice physical therapy;\n(2) Is suspected of fraud or deceit in procuring or attempting to procure a license to\npractice physical therapy or of negligently performing actions that justify action\nagainst a physical therapist or physical thera pist assistant's license as identified in\nKRS 327.070(2);\n(3) Has had a license to practice as a physical therapist or a license to work as a\nphysical therapist assistant denied, limited, suspended, probated, or revoked in\nanother jurisdiction on grounds s ufficient to cause a license to be denied, limited,\nsuspended, probated, or revoked in this Commonwealth; or\n(4) Is practicing physical therapy without a current active license, compact privilege, or\nvalid provisional license issued by the board.","path":["KRS Chapter 327"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=57288","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:21Z","sha256":"5f7f4f01f8acb58d04efc9c3415fbb211bf91d0bafd9edef1a45a57c2c9eb2fa","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-327.020","next":"us-ky/krs-327.030"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
