{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-329.050","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 329.050","heading":"License to be displayed -- Duplicate license -- Change of business location.","body":"(1) A license or duplicate license must be prominently displayed at each place of\nbusiness of every examiner or trainee. The fee for a duplicate license is five dollars\n($5). Each license shall be signed by the secretary and shall be issued under the seal\nof the cabinet.\n(2) Notice in writing shall be given to the cabinet by such license holder of any change\nof principal business location, whereupon the cabinet shall issue a n ew license for\nthe unexpired period without charge.  Such notice shall be given within thirty (30)\ndays after the change of the principal business location.
