{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-329.060","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 329.060","heading":"Nonresident applicants to consent to service of process on secretary.","body":"Each nonresident applicant for a trainee's license or examiner's license or a renewal\nlicense shall file an irrevocable consent that actions against the applicant may be filed in\nany appropriate court of any county of this Commonwealth in which the plainti ff resides\nor in which some part of the transaction occurred out of which the alleged cause of action\narose and that process in any action may be served on the applicant by leaving two (2)\ncopies thereof with the secretary of the cabinet. Such consent shal l stipulate and agree\nthat such service of process shall be valid and binding for all purposes.
