{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-330.130","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 330.130","heading":"Hearing before imposition of disciplinary action -- Notice -- Final order --","body":"Appeal.\n(1) Before denying an application for license or before imposing any disciplinary\naction authorized under KRS 330.110, the board shall set the matter for an\nadministrative hearing, if a hearing is requested by the applicant or licensee. The\nhearing shall be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. If the subject of\nthe hearing is an apprentice auctioneer, the board shall also provide notification of\nthe hearing to the auctioneer employing the apprentice auctioneer or whose employ\nhe or she is about to enter, by sending notice by certified mail, return receipt\nrequested, to the auctioneer's last known business address.\n(2) Pursuant to KRS 13B.120(7), the di rector of the Division of Real Property Boards\nwithin the Department of Professional Licensing shall hear and issue a final order\nregarding a decision of the board.\n(3) An aggrieved party may appeal a final order of the director pursuant to KRS\nChapter 13B  within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the order to the Circuit\nCourt of the county where the licensee has his or her principal place of business or\nwhere the license applicant resides.","path":["KRS Chapter 330"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=55528","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:22Z","sha256":"eec384ac021b68f7ce9750c6c1a605b491d5c69891bfb2d40e7e5e8a3d780455","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-330.120","next":"us-ky/krs-330.140"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
