{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-330.215","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 330.215","heading":"Special temporary alcoholic beverage auction license -- Permitted","body":"activities.\n(1) An auctioneer licensed under this chapter may obtain a special temporary alcoholic\nbeverage auction license from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. A\nspecial temporary alcoholic beverage auction license shall allow the auctioneer to\nauction alcoholic beverages as authorized in KRS 243.036.\n(2) An auctioneer who receives a suspension or revocation from the Department of\nAlcoholic Beverage Control for a violation relating to a special temporary alcoholic\nbeverage auction license may be subject to additional discipline by the board under\nthis chapter.\n(3) The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control shall have no authority to take any\naction relating to an auctioneer's license issued under this chapter.\n(4) An auctioneer may auction alcoholic beverages as a separate auction or in the same\nauction with other types of real property, personal property, or any combination\nthereof.","path":["KRS Chapter 330"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=56474","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:22Z","sha256":"e4d48baac0d9384a4f7a6e7f25aa3ca63ffd9577a982c4f3416f2501ed56cc22","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-330.210","next":"us-ky/krs-330.220"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
