{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-332.206","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 332.206","heading":"Issuance of license.","body":"(1) Upon receipt of a satisfactory application accompanied by the fee required under\nKRS 332.204, the commissioner shall issue a license to the applicant.\n(2) If the license is issued to a driver training school, it shall be posted and at all times\ndisplayed in a conspicuous place so that all persons visiting the school may readily\nsee the license.\n(3) If the license is issued to a driver training instructor, the person shall carry the\nlicense at all times during which the person is actually giving instruction to any\nstudent.
