{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-332.210","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 332.210","heading":"Grounds for suspension, revocation, or refusal to issue or renew license.","body":"The commissioner shall, upon receipt of satisfactory evidence, suspend, revoke, refuse to\nissue, or refuse to renew the license of a driver training school or a driver training\ninstructor if:\n(1) The licensee fails or refuses to comply with the provisions of this chapter or any\nadministrative regulation promulgated pursuant to this chapter;\n(2) The licensee has made a false material statement or has concealed a material fact in\nconnection with his or her application;\n(3) The licensee or any partner, or othe r person directly interested in the driver training\nschool, held a license issued under this chapter which was revoked or suspended\nand not reinstated;\n(4) The licensee has been guilty of a fraudulent practice in attempting to obtain for\nhimself, herself, or another a license to operate a motor vehicle;\n(5) Written notice of the cancellation of insurance required by KRS 332.204 is received\nby the commissioner, and the licensee does not present satisfactory evidence of\ninsurance to the commissioner prior to the effective date of the cancellation.","path":["KRS Chapter 332"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=31833","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:22Z","sha256":"0030b34df2697b47313801c336b3ad6f19b3d4b50acc7aabc96dbadc93982f89","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-332.208","next":"us-ky/krs-332.212"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
