{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-333.070","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 333.070","heading":"Duration of license -- Fees.","body":"A medical laboratory license shall be valid for the calendar year for which it is issued.\nThe cabinet shall promulgate administrative regulations to establish fees, not to exceed\nthe administrative costs to the program, for the initial application for a li cense and license\nrenewal.  The license shall be renewable upon expiration and reapplication accompanied\nby the annual renewal fee.  Fees collected by the cabinet shall be deposited in the State\nTreasury and credited to a revolving fund account for the pur pose of carrying out the\nprovisions of this chapter.
