{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-333.250","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 333.250","heading":"Unlicensed laboratory a public nuisance -- Abatement.","body":"(1) The operation or maintenance of an unlicensed medical laboratory in violation of\nthis chapter is declared a nuisance, inimical to the public health, safety and welfare.\nThe cabinet may, in addition to other remedies herein provided, bring an action for\nan injunction to restrain such violation or to enjoin the future operation or\nmaintenance of any such medical laboratory until compliance with the provisions of\nthis chapter and the rules and regulations promulgated hereunder.\n(2) County and Commonwealth's attorneys and the Attorney General shall, within their\nrespective jurisdictions, enforce the penal provisions of this chapter.","path":["KRS Chapter 333"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=31864","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:23Z","sha256":"75d937dd86821c4600af6812c85ac3b428c1ace2d1de1f37472acdf82a866851","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-333.240","next":"us-ky/krs-333.260"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
