{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-334.110","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 334.110","heading":"Renewal of licenses -- Fee.","body":"Each person who engages in the selling or fitting of hearing instruments shall annually,\non or before January 30, pay to the board a fee to be established by the board by the\npromulgation of an administrative regulation for a renewal of his license. Where more\nthan one (1) office is operated by the licensee, duplicate certificates shall be issued by the\nboard for posting in each location. A thirty (30) day grace period shall be allowed after\nJanuary 30, during which time licenses may be renewed on payment o f a late fee and\npenalty to be established by the board by the promulgation of an administrative\nregulation. The board may suspend the license of any person who fails to renew his\nlicense before the expiration of the thirty (30) day grace period. After the expiration of the\ngrace period, the board may in its discretion renew the license upon the payment of an\nadditional fee to be established by the board by the promulgation of an administrative\nregulation.
