{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-334.180","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 334.180","heading":"Reinstatement of license -- Appeal from order refusing, suspending, or","body":"revoking license.\n(1) A licensee whose license has been revoked may petition the board for reinstatement.\nThe board shall investigate the petition and may reinstate the license upo n finding\nthat the individual has complied with any terms prescribed by the board and is again\nable to engage in the practice of fitting hearing instruments.\n(2) A licensee or applicant aggrieved by an order of the board refusing, suspending, or\nrevoking a license may within thirty (30) days after notice thereof appeal thereupon\nto the Franklin Circuit Court. The appeal shall be determined by the court upon the\ncertified record and no new or additional evidence shall be heard or considered by\nthe court.
