{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-334.990","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 334.990","heading":"Penalties.","body":"(1) Violation of any provision of this chapter is a misdemeanor punishable, upon\nconviction, by a penalty not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500)\nfor each failure to comply with the orders of the board concerning each violation of\nlaw or administrative regulation concerning specialists in hearing instruments or by\nimprisonment in the county jail for not more than ninety (90) days, or both.\n(2) In addition to any other action authorized by law, the Attorney General may enforce\nprovisions of this  chapter by civil action for injunctive relief in any court of\ncompetent jurisdiction.
