{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-334a.181","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 334A.181","heading":"Temporary licenses for speech -language pathologist, speech -language","body":"pathology assistant, and audiologist.\n(1) Pursuant to administrative regulation promulgated pursuant to KRS Chapter 13A,\nthe board may issue a temporary license to any applicant who has met the\nrequirements for licensure for the respective profession.\n(2) A speech-language pathologist, speech-language pathology assistant, or audiologist\nmay practice his or her respective profession under a temporary license until the\nnext board meetin g, at which time the full board shall either extend the temporary\nlicense, issue a license, renew a license, or deny a license.
