{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-334a.187","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 334A.187","heading":"Licensure reciprocity.","body":"(1) The board may grant a license to an applicant currently licensed in another state as a\nspeech-language pathologist upon receipt of the following:\n(a) A letter of good standing in that state;\n(b) Documentation of national certification or a passing score on  a national exam\napproved by the board; and\n(c) A certified university transcript conferring at least a master's degree in\ncommunication disorders.\n(2) The board may grant a license to an applicant currently licensed in another state as\nan audiologist upon receipt of the following:\n(a) A letter of good standing in that state;\n(b) Documentation of national certification or a passing score on a national exam\napproved by the board; and\n(c) A certified university transcript conferring a master's degree in audiology prior\nto January 1, 2007, or a doctorate degree in audiology.","path":["KRS Chapter 334A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=31914","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:24Z","sha256":"66f95233a7f642c86b6da5dda6f59242919c6e220e99c168ba5626ae1e0b2256","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-334a.185","next":"us-ky/krs-334a.188"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
