{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-334a.189","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 334A.189","heading":"Inactive licensure status.","body":"(1) Any person with an active license may request that his or her license be placed on\ninactive status.\n(2) An inactive license shall be renewed every other year by the last day of the month of\nthe anniversary month granting the inactive license status.\n(3) An inactive license may be renewed for up to six (6) years with documentation of\nrequired continuing education and approval of the board chair, board co -chair, or\nadministrator of the board.
