{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-335.155","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 335.155","heading":"Administrative hearings prior to sanctions -- Appeals.","body":"(1) Before revoking, suspending, imposing probationary or supervisory conditions\nupon, imposing an administrative fine, issuing a written reprimand, or any\ncombination of these actions regarding any license or licensee under the provisions\nof KRS 335.010 to 33 5.160 and 335.990, the board shall set the matter for hearing\nas provided by KRS Chapter 13B.\n(2) After denying an application, refusing to renew a license, or issuing a written\nadmonishment regarding any applicant, license, or licensee under the provision s of\nKRS 335.010 to 335.160 and 335.990, the board shall set the matter for hearing\nupon written request filed by the applicant or licensee within thirty (30) days of the\ndate of the letter advising of the denial, refusal, or admonishment.\n(3) Any party ag grieved by a final order of the board may appeal to Franklin Circuit\nCourt as provided by KRS Chapter 13B.","path":["KRS Chapter 335"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=31934","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:24Z","sha256":"9f9fb2b41c09e79e74afeb431c48225b71c5574bf55f1343b2f1d18798a5d1aa","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-335.150","next":"us-ky/krs-335.158"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
