{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-335.625","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 335.625","heading":"Renewal of licensure.","body":"(1) Licensure issued under KRS 335.615 shall be renewed every three (3) years upon:\n(a) Payment of a renewal fee established by the board and promulgated by\nadministrative regulation in accordance with KRS Chapter 13A, but not to\nexceed three hundred dollars ($300); and\n(b) Documentation of twenty (20) hours of continuing education completed since\nthe date of last renewal or original issue, whichever is later.\n(2) Any license not renewed within three (3) months of its renewal date shall expire.\nThe board may re instate the license upon payment of the renewal fee and meeting\nthe continuing education requirement set forth in subsection (1)(b) of this section\nwithin one (1) year after the renewal date.","path":["KRS Chapter 335"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=43266","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:24Z","sha256":"74d2b748b20fe407544e42fac36b6240a67fd6d7828ea2ff810549a4fe22947a","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-335.620","next":"us-ky/krs-335.630"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
