{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-335.635","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 335.635","heading":"Written complaint of violation -- Investigation -- Hearing -- Appeal.","body":"Any person or organization, including the board upon its own volition, may file with the\nboard a written complaint alleging violation of any provision of KRS 335.600 to 335.699.\nThe board shall cause the complaint to be investigated.\n(1) If the investigati on reveals evidence supporting the complaint, the board shall set\nthe matter for hearing in accordance with the provisions of KRS Chapter 13B before\nrefusing to renew, revoking, reprimanding, imposing probation or an administrative\nfine, or any combination of actions regarding any license holder.\n(2) After denying an application for licensure under KRS 335.600 to 335.699, the board\nmay grant a hearing to the denied applicant in accordance with the provisions of\nKRS Chapter 13B.\n(3) The board may reconsider,  modify, or reverse its decision on any disciplinary\naction.\n(4) Any party aggrieved by a disciplinary action of the board may bring an action in\nFranklin Circuit Court in accordance with the provisions of KRS Chapter 13B.","path":["KRS Chapter 335"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=43268","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:58:24Z","sha256":"25c386ec9e4d2a9c0a4489663f94e8f417a93a4303d6430998ea5529e80f340f","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-335.630","next":"us-ky/krs-335.640"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
